About these terms
These terms apply when you use Hotelivity to browse or book an activity. By making a booking you accept them.
What Hotelivity does
Hotelivity is a marketplace. We list activities and take bookings and payment for them, but the activity itself is provided by an independent local supplier, not by us. The supplier is responsible for running the activity safely and as described.
Booking and payment
You can book as a guest, without creating an account. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay, and it does not change afterwards even if the activity's price later changes.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been taken. We will send a confirmation email containing your booking reference and the details of your activity.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the activity is due to start. Within 24 hours of the start time, a booking can no longer be cancelled through the platform.
The cancellation terms shown on the activity page and during booking apply to that booking. If a supplier cancels an activity, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact details when booking, arrive at the stated meeting point on time, and observe any requirements or restrictions listed on the activity page. Some activities have age, health or ability requirements, and the supplier may refuse participation where these are not met.
Reviews
If you leave a review, please make it an honest account of your own experience. We may decline to publish reviews that are abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the activity.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.
Our liability
We are responsible for operating the booking platform. We are not the provider of the activity and do not control how it is delivered. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
